My name is Jonathan Davito. I’m a Denver-based designer, developer working as ZeroThree. I currently freelance making digital products with the likes of IDEO, Forefathers Group, and more.
As a freelancer whose skillset ranges from branding to web development and everything in between, I have a deep knowledge of digital product making. And while I fully comprehend that specialists are the ones who make the world go round, being a jack-of-all-trades is something I’m rather proud of.
Knowing how everything works allows me to excel at project management and how to ask the right questions. Empathy and considering growth are how I approach problem-solving. As Bruno Munari deftly puts it:
“A leaf is beautiful not because it is stylish but because it is natural, created in its exact form by its exact function. A designer tries to make an object as naturally as a tree puts forth a leaf.
Good design directly improves lives. It takes time and it is not for the faint of heart. It requires you to try new things and get your hands dirty. If being challenged is something you’re not accustomed to, be ready for it. Ego must be removed from the conversation so the design comes naturally. The future is bright, let’s forge it together.
